Instructions for use

To use the Lifter tool to handle shower trays, you will need a rigid tube (PVC or similar) longer than 30 cm, a cutter and conventional adhesive tape.

  1. Positioning: Place the tray vertically on its long edge, which will act as a hinge.
  2. Location: Place the Lifter in the centre of the long side. If the tray weighs more than 40 kg, use two on both long ends with the help of two people.
  3. Cleaning: Carefully clean the application area with the included wipe or 96º alcohol in a single direction. Ensure that all dust is removed to guarantee adhesion.
  4. Activating the Adhesive: Remove the protective paper from the adhesive tape.
  5. Fixing: Stick the Lifter in place, aligning its adhesive edge with that of the tray, and press firmly with linear strokes.
  6. Creating the Handle: Place a piece of PVC or slat as a handle and roll it downwards.
  7. Securing: Secure the handle with two strips of adhesive tape on each side of the opening.
  8. Finishing: After installing the tray, cut the Lifter flush with the edge. The adhesive base will remain under the tray without affecting the levelling and the rest can be discarded.
