We develop technology based on low weight mineral loads, high range recycled materials and natural raw materials. All of this with the challenge of obtaining increasingly light, inalterable materials which are more environmentally friendly and which improve quality in the bathroom space.
is the technology incorporated by our shower trays, countertops and panels, developed by our R&D department. It is based on a composition which uses polyester, based on mineral loads bonded with recycled polyester resins in its mass. This mass is covered by a thick 700 micron exterior layer of life coat with a refined formulation based on unsaturated ISO NPG polyester resins. This is one of the unique aspects which guarantees the inalterability of our products, their lightness and resistance to hydrolysis, thereby outclassing other materials and techniques such as painting.
Through our Acryprint® technology, we apply decoration inspired by natural stone on the life coat covering.
Is the Solid Surface from mcbath. It is a mineral composition with which we obtain a solid, high performance material which is poreless and homogeneous, matte white, hygienic and highly resistant.

We use advanced 3D modelling programs which allow us to develop three dimensional models and scale model prototypes, through either 3D printing systems or machining blocks of high density compact materials, in our own 5 axis numerical controls.
The capacity for producing 1:1 prototypes offers us versatility and capacity for response which is very valuable in terms of speed and innovation in product design.
All the experience and know-how from mould makers remains intact in our installations, which are adapted to the needs of a new manufacturing process. Thanks to this knowledge and comprehensive control of the production moulds, our products are more efficient, have technical qualities of a higher order and perfectly replicate the objective defined in the design phase through the scale model prototypes.
We elevate traditional capacity in the design of advanced surfaces thanks to having all necessary tools in the same facilities. In this way, we develop complex surfaces to satisfy the aeronautics industry in each one of our designs.
The whole production plant is prepared for making customised products one by one, as requested by clients.
